Jeff Poag

Jeff joined James O. Poag Jewellers in 1990. At that time he was involved in sales, clock service calls, and specialized in goldsmithing. He further persued his career by completing Goldsmithing and Stone Setting training courses from the Gemological Institute of America in California as well as the Howard Miller Clock Service Seminar.

With his many years of experience Jeff now heads our goldsmithing department. He has become accustomed to finding unique ways to create the right piece of jewellery for our customers and gladly takes on any new challenge.

He is happy to talk personally with anyone who may have questions or concerns about their jewellery, and his team will be pleased to expertly repair, restore, or design your jewellery for you.
